   Read again, i correct about more of my philosophy about the needed and   
   required education..   
      
   I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have also   
   invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms..

   Canada has also a problem of violence that comes from lack of the needed   
   and required education, since notice that the following article says the   
   following:   
      
   "The billions of dollars invested in education brutally demonstrate that   
   the general rise in the level of schooling across the country for   
   decades does not necessarily transform the population into educated   
   citizens."   
      
   But i think that the article is not understanding that the rise in the   
   level of schooling doesn't mean having the needed and required   
   education, so i think that the problem is that we have to give   
   the needed and required education so that to be efficient, so read the
