That's good. So what is all the talk about 46 million Americans not having
   health insurance about then?
   Is that not true

It's still the worst value system in the world on the basis of return on
   contributions.

Despite the fact that "America spends more per capita on health than all other
   countries in the world."

"The U.S. ranks last out of 16 industrialized countries on a measure of
mortality amenable to medical care (deaths that might have been prevented with
timely and effective care). Premature death rates are 68 percent higher than
   in the best-performing
countries. In a new study, the amenable mortality rates of three Western
European nations was compared to the United States. While the rates declined
over time for the United Kingdon, Germany, and France, the U.S rates still lag
   behind."

   And

America has the highest infant mortality rate among 23 other industrialized
   nations.

The United States has a higher rate of medical mistakes, medication errors, or
lab errors than Canada; Australia; New Zealand; Germany; and the United
   Kingdom.

Chronically ill U.S. patients have the most negative access, coordination, and
safety experiences (2008) compared to chronically ill patients of Australia,
Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Life expectancy of American men and women is less than other industrialized
   nations...."

Can't be arsed linking to all the various cites but you know I'm not making
   this up.
