   ..except they don't. It's the other way around and has been   
   for at least 30 years. Of course England also used to have   
   all those things free too, until they decided it was better   
   to spend money building a new underground in London for the benefit   
   of the bankers, than look after their sick and educate their young.   
   You know, all those bankers that got us all into this mess in the first   
   place. Scotland sets its priorities different from that.
