In my case, my ISP dropped newsgroups about 5 years ago and I wouldnt use
Google either. But there were other good alternatives at the time after my
ISP dropped newsgroups.. I've been using Aioe for years for newsgroups. Its
free and reliable. I also sometimes use eternal-september.org. who offer
newsgroups. It's also free and reliable. I just figured maybe people wanted
a change and went to Facebook.
