   They may also serve who only stand and wait,but those who do that   
   are outside the purview of the list unless the enemy dropped a bomb on

   The same man was Duke of Westminster throughout both World Wars.   
   Only one member of that family is on the list,his half-uncle   
   whose two sons were Duke in the 1960s and '70s.
