   Up to 1911 but unlikely to have changed much by 1940 unless it is the   
   ministers you are actually after.

   Unfortunately the links don't seem to do anything.   
   If you use the magnifying glass/search button and the word "manse" you   
   can narrow down the selection to 20th century Post Office Directories   
   (1911/1912). Note that the addresses can be somewhat brief as "The   
   Manse" would have been sufficient to get a letter to the minister in   
   most parishes at that time.   
   Also-the OCR is not perfect and some idiot has sorted it by current   
   council areas.
