   Well, unintended use, Usenet would call that 'off topic' use,   
   is against Netiquette, I would reserve the word spam for unintended email.   
      
   You need to set a personal rule, public rules will be defeated in time.   
      
   Yes, you need a dedicated Newsreader for that, and some knowledge,   
   but knowledge is not a bad thing.   
      
   If this is concidered rude, I don't get it and don't care.
