   If you are using nntp , it may be worth asking whichever newsserver you   
   use to tighten the spamfilters on the server ( NIN are particularly   
   good at this, but they too have to refine and adjust the spam settings   
   constantly to attempt to keep up with the spammers).   
      
   I use NIN and see very little spam getting through the server.
