   (I presume - see my other post - you're talking about rights to use an   
   existing one, rather than having a new one, which as others have said,   
   is now mostly just a matter of the appropriate wad of cash. Though I   
   think there _may_ be other matters - probably citizenship?)

   Nor via eternal-september. I do see some, but considerably more relevant   
   posts. I haven't seen any for a day or two, but from what I remember,   
   setting a filter on the word "girls" should block any that do get   
   through, without causing many false positives here.
