   The lady didn't elaborate about the reasons they don't have them and   
   considering I mailed in English rather than her language  (which is   
   slightly impolite, when asking a favour though its the  only language I   
   am capable of communicating in with any sort of accuracy) it was very   
   kind of her to help.
