Correct. If one cannot post uk.telecom through google groups portal
then the unwanted messges cannot be entered, hence cannot be
propogated to Usenet NGs. The unwanted posts in uk.telecom were
   always posted through google groups.

A cure for sexy girlie posts in soc.genealogy.britain could be
similarly implemented, but I use filters, its easy enough.
