   Are you sure you have the reference right?  I'm looking at a scan of   
   RG10/21 fo. 10v, which is numbered page 12, and covers 1-5 Hyde Park   
   Terrace, Paddington.  There's no-one called Frederick on the page, nor   
   anyone with a middle name stated, nor a surname of Paul.
