I've just tried the William Cooper search (with Exact settings for name
and place) using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge
and Vivaldi and don't get the problem you described.

Have you tried using an incognito window of Chrome for your search?

Have you tried with all your Chrome extensions disabled?

Have you tried with a different browser?
