   Indeed. Did you not see my post? I found one Ede (or EDE if you wish)   
   family that had originated in Cornwall, but the whole family - including   
   daughter Emma - moved to county Durham, presumably pursuing employment   
   in mining (much of the rest of the country went to Northumberland and   
   Durham around this time for that reason; some of my own ancestors went   
   to Northumberland from Norfolk). They moved before the H-le-S marriage.
