A boilerplate response which doesn't tell me when,       or even if, the missing pages will be available.              I have a few complaints about FMP (1) but at least when I told them       recently that an image wouldn't load they got back to me quite promptly       to say that they had been able to replicate my problem and had now       repaired it.              (1) Like why can't they understand the meaning of "Exact."
