   After lengthy and heated oral arguments Monday, Supreme Court experts   
   say the justices are likely to bar the use of affirmative action in

   I listened to those arguments yesterday, and I agree.  The lawyer   
   defending affirmative action, couldn't or wouldn't answer the questions   
   put to him by the justices.
