   Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., told reporters on Tuesday he will vote with   
   Republicans on overturning a controversial D.C. crime bill that would   
   have reduced maximum penalties for certain crimes, including   
   burglaries, robberies, and carjackings.
