   Beginning in January of 2023, the Biden administration devised a   
   means to rob Americans of their hard earned retirement money.   
      
   Many trusted their investment programs to notify them when a   
   loss was occurring.  It never happened.   
      
   Some programs have recovered between 6-9%, others have remained   
   stagnant.
