   Touretzky is not encouraging anyone to make illegal bombs. The info   
   on his web site is so minimal as to be useless. You can probably find   
   better info at your local library. Touretzky is making a point about free   
   speech.

   You have a funny idea about the 1A. The scientologists want to keep   
   their core beliefs a trade secret, and tried to suppress this description   
   by a judge:   
      
     Scientologists believe that most human problems can be   
   traced to lingering spirits of an extraterrestrial people   
   massacres by their ruler, Xenu, over 75 million years ago.   
   These spirits attach themselves by "clusters" to individuals   
   in the contemporary world, causing spiritual harm and   
   negatively influencing the lives of their hosts   
     The texts at issue, the Advanced Technology or the   
   Operating Thetan Documents (OT Documents), were written   
   by founder Hubbard and allegedly provide a detailed program   
   for warding off these evil influences through creation of
