   No, the Constitution says:   
      
   Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or   
   prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of   
   speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to   
   assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.   
      
   It does not say that individuals cannot object to specific religions   
   or that individuals cannot call a religion a cult or say it is not a   
   religion.  It specifically prohibits the government from making laws   
   that establish a religion or that prevent people from exercising their   
   religion.  Touretsky is not Congress.
