XPost: soc.culture.korean, misc.education       From: haejin@ubc.ca              My advice:              Get yourself kicked out of school or take the plunge and leave       altogether. Live on your own (this is critical). Work 60+ hrs per week       for a year or two. See if you like what you can get in terms of the life       you can live. If you like it, then who cares? If you don't then now you       know what happens if you continue farting around. The question you will       have to answer for yourself is what lifestyle/status really makes you       happy and what level of education will enable you to live that life.              The biggest problem is that if you continue to get by in your situation,       you will continue to do so. School is a relatively easy and safe life to       live, and you will just continue to coast as you always have,       particularly if you haven't had to personally pay for it. Complacency is       always something we have to watch out for...              There is no easy answer. You have to find your own, and what works for       you and your character...              Good luck to you...              Austin              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
