   I've been wondering about all those FOIA requests.  Granted the stated   
   reasons for asking for them is loony, but isn't it possible that Co$ would   
   like to know if any of these requests actually hit an existing file?   
   (Without tipping anyone off what they're checking on by burying them in a   
   storm of goofy ones.)   
      
   Did Co$ ever stop doing their own storms of FOIA requests?  If they did,   
   you can bet that they found another way of getting what they wanted.
