   The government is not affected by dips in the economy -- it just prints more   
   money or taxes more or both.   
      
   Because you do not see the motive does not mean there isn't one. And the   
   evidence weighs heavily against your flippant dismissal of the issue as a   
   conspiracy theory. Sure, it IS as conspiracy theory--a theory that a   
   conspiracy exists, one for which more evidence is turning up day by day. The   
   United States government is renowned for its conspiracies. You'd have to be   
   living in a cave NOT to know about them. This one, if it does turn out to be   
   as true as the evidence would suggest, should not really come as such a
