   Hi,   
      
   My son is currently 9 yrs old.   
   We've got some education IRA in Canada, but since we are no longer   
   considered canadian residents [though citizens,   
   but live in US for the last 7 yrs], this year that canadian IRA closed doors   
   for any new contributions.   
   So now we need to open some higher education program in US.   
      
   Could you suggest some good program: 529, ESA, etc.   
   529 in any particular state [we live in NJ] or institution ?   
      
   Would like it to cover at least US [and Canada], as many colleges as   
   possible.
