   For July, we are now offering weekend/midweek rates.  Contact us for a price   
   quote for a weekend/midweek rate in July.  The condo is in Dewey Beach   
   Delaware.  It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 8 people, has all the   
   amenities, is in a great location, is 1-1/2 blocks from the beach and it has   
   views of the bay.  The condo was originally built in 1997.   
      
   Below are all the weekly rates we are running for the available weeks:   
      
   July 10th to July 17th                            $ 1,400  Special Rate   
   July 17th to July 24th                            $ 1,400  Special Rate   
   July 24th to July 31st                            $ 1,400  Special Rate   
   August 28th to September 4th            $ 1,400   
   September 18th to September 25th  $     800   
   September 25th to October 2nd        $     800   
   All weeks in October                           $     700   
      
   All other weeks in June, July, and August are rented already.
