And most cities       will shoo away people they find sleeping in cars on the street. It is       definitely unsafe anywhere, anyway.              If you're going to be near any of the many colleges, there's a lively       market in rooms for rent, and a lot of vacancies during the summer.              And if your intended workplace is convenient to L.A.
