I'm an administrator at a vocational college in the greater Phoenix Area,   
   and have met the President of the college on several ocasions.  They have a   
   good reputation in the area among other colleges.   
      
   Of course, from your perspective...everything starts with the job and works   
   its way back towards education.  I would think that you would need to speak   
   with profesionals in your chosen career to get a good understanding of the   
   type and place of training you should pursue.
