   The condo is in Dewey Beach Delaware.  It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 8   
   people, has all the amenities, is in a great location, is 1-1/2 blocks from   
   the beach and it has views of the bay.  The condo was originally built in   
   1997.   
      
   Below are all the weekly rates for the available weeks:   
      
   August 28th to September 4th            $ 1,400   
   September 18th to September 25th  $     800   
   September 25th to October 2nd        $     800   
   All weeks in October                           $     700   
      
   All other weeks in June, July, and August are rented already.
