   Hi,   
      
   First off, this is a serious post. :)   
      
   I recently graduated from am American university which has an overseas   
   campus in Europe. Now I am looking at possible graduate programs with a   
   research emphasis and which will lead me right to an Ph.D. program.   
      
   Since I already work and am not too keen on moving, I am hoping to find   
   programs which allow me to take my Master by Research extramurally. Do   
   you know any serious universities offering such programs in political   
   science / International Relations?   
      
   Can anyone suggest good programs which offer extramural research degrees   
   or good distance-learning programs.
