   I don't know if this is true, but I live 45 minutes from DeVry in New Jersey   
   and I think I read in the paper that DeVry was going to become a University   
   due to some technical loophole. They do teach quality subjects, I'm a   
   computer tech instructor myself. DeVry is across the highway from Chubb.
