   - walked into "Caramel Cuts" on Dalhousie (between Besserer St. +   
   Rideau St.)   
     downtown Ottawa, Canada's capital   
   - asked if it's possible to organize a "political" meeting to promote   
   the É(eh)PC,   
     the Égalité (eh’ga-lee-teh: equality) Party of Canada   
   - Terrence says OK, but says he doesN'T believe in politics, NOR in   
   voting for   
     that very same reason   
   - he tells me to come back at 3 pm   
      
      
   3 pm   
   ====   
   - there's A GANG of young, SMILING, HAPPY African-Canadians in their   
   twenties   
   - 2 people - especially - grab my attention: the white middle-aged   
     blond undercover cop in the barbershop chair along with an older NON-   
   SMILING,   
     GRIM-FACED African-Canadian who stays standing by the entrance   
   - I talk for about 5 minutes about the É(eh)PC and why it needs   
     their support   
   - everyone is SMILING and excited to pay $2 to join   
   - THEN, the older NON-SMILING African-Canadian at the back   
     *ORDERS* everyone to "KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET"   
   - everybody slowly disperses, some now looking downcast pat me on   
     the back and wish me luck

   - the other barbers, now GRIM-FACED, look the other way   
   - it was A SAD DAY in Canadian political history   
      
      
   THE KICKER

   - the African-Canadian barber shop on Dalhousie where the 1st É(eh)PC   
     political meeting took place on October 4th 2004 was PROMPTLY   
     CLOSED   
   - another one was opened ACROSS THE STREET   
   - Terrance was NOT allowed to work at THE BRAND NEW ONE   
      
      
   THE SEQUEL

   Revenue Canada   
   - November 2004 Revenue Canada *COMPLETELY* EMPTIES my bank   
     account alleging back taxes of over 10 years ago: I have *NO* MONEY!   
   - repeated talks with John McCallum's administrative assistant, John   
     McCallum was the Minister of Revenu Canada then and calls to Prime   
     Minister's Office of Paul Martin went no where   
   - the person in charge of collections for Revenue Canada tells me the   
     whole affair was POLITICAL and that it came from THE TOP: there   
     was nothing she said she could do for me   
      
   Ottawa Police   
   - April 27th 2005, the Ottawa Police sends their 4-person psychiatric   
   unit   
     with oxygen tank and stretcher to my apartment door with "the   
   papers"   
     to have me incarcerated in a mental institution: I refused to open   
   the door   
      
   - April 2006, the Ottawa Police lay charges that were staid in one   
   case in   
     August and in another case DISMISSED in January 2007   
      
   Social Assistance   
   - November 2006, refused social assistance   
   - Dr. Ruiz, a psychiatrist, at the St. Catherine Street Office becomes   
   my   
     social worker: he gives me social assistance only after asking   
   "provo-   
     cative" questions, but does NOT give me THE AMOUNT PROMISED to   
     avoid eviction   
      
   Stewart Street   
   - evicted in April 2007 from my 125 Stewart Street apartment after 30   
     years of residency (The superintendent had been replaced by an   
   under-   
     cover cop in mid-2006. Former Latino superintendent was NOT allowed   
     to say anything about that.)   
   - evidence of spy cameras was found in living room and NEW fire alarm   
     from a several years ago turned out to have a spy camera   
      
      
   Vancouver (April - July 2007)   
   ====================   
   - just after moving into the Vogue Hotel on Granville Street an   
   undercover   
     cop sporting a ponytail starts working at the reception desk: he   
   makes   
     a point to befriend me and come to talk to me whenever he can   
   - undercover cops came every day to talk to those at the reception   
   desk   
   - then, guests had to "sign in" using ID at the reception desk   
   - then, an undercover cop moves in next to me   
   - was given social assistance for June at the 300-1725 Robson Street   
     social assistance office   
   - for July though I was REFUSED social assistance: I was told I had   
   to   
     go on MENTAL DISABILITY because I was "mentally ill", but first I   
   had   
     to talk to the psychiatrist waiting to talk to me which I REFUSED   
   - expecting SERIOUS TROUBLE I left Vancouver - ASAP   
      
      
   Fredericton, New Brunswick (mid-July 2007)   
   ===============================   
   - I was refused social assistance because I had NOT stayed at the   
     shelter the night before   
   - I had NOT stayed at the shelter because there were NOT enough   
     beds and the shelter already had a dozen people on a waiting list,   
     I became #13   
   - so I slept ON THE PORCH of the Legislature Building till I was   
     PUSHED onto the sidewalk at midnight by the Police who said   
     that if I stayed on the grounds of the Legislature I'd be charge   
     with trespassing   
      
      
   Currently

   Seaton House   
   - since July 25th 2007 been living at Seaton House, a men's shelter,   
     downtown Toronto with undercover cops + CIA agents as roommates   
     in addition to being under AUDIO-VIDEO SURVEILLANCE in my room   
     (One of the undercover cops even had AIDS! He offered to lend me   
   his   
      razor.)   
      
   Cops   
   - the cops in Toronto have tried to have me "committed" as a   
   psychiatric   
     patient   
   - the cops in Toronto have tried to send me jail   
   - was *illegally* detained + INTERROGATED FOR TWO (2) HOURS by   
     the Police   
     at Ryerson University, mid-September 2007, with TWO (2) PAIRS of   
     handcuffs on that were EXTRA TIGHT for writing in chalk eh-ok.ca in   
     front of the Ryerson bookstore   
   - was charged with trespassing on Yonge-Dundas Square when I was   
     IN FACT on Yonge Street OPPOSING the presence of a Canadian   
     Armed Forces kiosk (on Yonge-Dundas Square beside Yonge Street)   
     at the August 2009 Turkish Festival + THE KILLING of innocent   
   Muslims   
     by our soldiers in the Middle East   
   - was later BEATEN UP in 2010 by two (2) undercover cops that turn   
     out to be CIA agents as well   
   - an undercover cop offered to pay my way back to Vancouver and   
     promised that I'd have no problems there   
   - undercover cops keep reminding me that I'm being watched   
   - harassment by the Police is ongoing   
      
      
   THE MESSAGE   
   ============   
   Canada is A *VERY* DANGEROUS FASCIST Police state that has ZERO   
   TOLERANCE for any kind of opposition.   
      
   PROOF is the THOUSANDS of ILLEGAL undercover cops that probably   
   make more $$$ than the Prime Minister and for whom there is NO LEGIS-   
   LATION to justify their existence. They crisscross the country in   
   buses,   
   trains, and planes supposedly looking for criminals, but resort to   
   getting
