   And yet the freedoms of this country are based on its capability of   
   quickly and decisively deliver a bomb.   
      
   But walk into any good college library and it's all there. Any   
   self-respecting competent chemistry student knows how to build a bomb.   
   In fact, one of the problems college librarians have is that every   
   once in a while someone comes and rips off pages from scientific   
   journals where there's some key paper describing how to build a bomb,   
   or how to homemake your favorite drug.   
      
   It's called KNOWLEDGE, you know. It's freely available, all you need   
   is to know where to look for it.
