Y'er most welcome. A slightly dubious provision but one that (it is
supposed; above my pay grade to evaluate) may keep Canada from
falling into some of the failures in the US where absolutist (and
originialist) constituional arguments result in crazyness.

See above. I was about to ping you on u.r.s. to alert you to my reply
   here but checked here first.

We had an Old Guy (younger than I am now) who played fiddle and button
accordion, came to any kitchen gathering. Health fell off and soon
passed away after the tragic death of his teenage son in a boating
acccident. He loaned me his accordion, another good friend later gave
me a button accordion she picked up at a yard sale, so thanks to him, I
can play a few tunes on that.

An e-acquaitance from Usenet computer groups w/ his wife and
another couple flew here to spend a week in St. Johns at a music
festival. Dropped in for an afternoon en route.

Derek Pelley was a neighbor for years, married, raised his son to play
music as well, returned to NL after his wife died unexpectedly. We
   miss him.
