[continued from previous message]              I expect that I will be revealed to the world and my essential       messages on my mystic web page will get some attention.       But until then I guess you can just ignore me.              And my Ph.D. is in Geophysics, or effectively applied mathematics       applied to Geophysics, so you have more background in classics       and philosophy than I do, though I did proofread a book on       philosophy of science that my Ph.D. supervisor wrote. But       a Ph.D. in any subject gives skills in research and in pattern       recognition. However I admit that while I have evidence for       some of the figures I mentioned, usually it has been a partial       parallel, and some of my theory is based on divination, which       has been unreliable for me over the years. And indeed I       have spent little time in the local university library since 1997,       but should do some research there soon to confirm or deny       my divinations.              Are there any other historical or mythological names, either       male or female, that you know of who I should investigate?       (I ask that of any other readers as well.)              And thanks for the feedback, though I have to classify you       among the Doubting Thomases, but any feedback is better       than silence.              --       David Dalton dalton@nfld.com https://www.nfld.com/~dalton (home page)       https://www.nfld.com/~dalton/dtales.html Salmon on the Thorns (mystic page)       “And the cart is on a wheel; And the wheel is on a hill; And the       hill is shifting sand; And inside these laws we stand” (Ferron)              --- SoupGate-DOS v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
