The USA was robbed with new weapons at the FDIC.  Banking deregulation known   
   as the financial services modernization act of 1999 was like a shutdown of a   
   national food chain with ripoffs of ahuge proportion of remaining inventory.    
   The inventory taken    
   was likely the size of kingdoms treasuries in assets .    
      
   New stunning devices can knock you into a state of sleep.      We FDIC bank   
   examiners were stunned on November 12 1999 at the Roseville California FDIC   
   office.   I had been placed in the CEO chair at a boardroom table by my FDIC   
   boss.      
      
   Camera looking devices were in the rear of the small office    I think they   
   were stunning lasers or pulse machines that incapacitate the mind of a

   Russian origin  was to our aft      
      
   The captain mumbled it was British    If it was the captain.    Scuttle butt   
   about artificial intelligence had been spread with a. accusations that our   
   captain was sometimes not there but someone or something else    
      
   It was a horrible month. I had a brain stroke at sea.  The refueling vessel   
   may have hurt us and it may have been a tender with psych ops equipment

   My stepfather was an Irish man from West Virginia who was in the navy long ago   
   and his favorite port was Ireland with some of the most beautiful women on   
   earth as he said.    He traveled the earth.  I just got stunned and likely
