   Nothing new. I trekked out to one of the big LA gun shows in '98 or   
   '99. A guy was selling tee shirts with Clinton's head framed in   
   cross-hairs. The wording was something like Lee Harvey Oswald, where   
   are you when we need you.

   The high point of the show was a got a beautiful reproduction holster
