   Japan invented a thieves-catching machines, got it done, tested, patented   
   and sold to many countries around the world. Buyers' feed back were good and   
   many thieves were caught especially in shopping areas.   
      
   But they received one special feed back from machines sold in India. All   
   their machines were stolen.
