   Singapore could pay for Kim's hotel stay in Singapore. Alternatively, is to   
   seek crowd-funding - fast and good.   
      
      
   It is so simple - ask a Singaporean to go to Singapore crowd-funding site,   
   there it can seek crowd-fund for the funding to pay for Kim Jong Un's hotel   
   stay.   
      
   North Korea is poor country and is worth helping them.   
      
      
   Alternatively, Singapore can pay for Kim Jong Un's hotel stay.   
      
   Singapore could just pick up the bill of the expenses incurred by Kim of   
   North Korea, too.   
      
   The amount is "peanut" to the Singapore.   
      
   Even if the expense bill of the entire Korean delegation costs more that USD   
   100,000 expenditure, it is still nothing to Singapore.   
      
   This is because, if the benefit out-weighted of having a poor country of   
   North Korea's Kim and Trump at their summit held in Singapore.   
      
      
   But however this Singapore government of discretionary free-spending may not   
   be a wise public taxpayer way of using and spending tax payer money without   
   consent of tax payer.   
      
   Government must seek parliament approval first, which in any case is easy to   
   pass as the whole parliament belongs to the government papist party.   
      
      
   There is benefit for helping a poor country like North Korea.   
      
   To help a poor country, will in return get its rewards in 100 times.   
      
   If North Korea's Kim is happy, he can give Singapore several big projects to   
   build and run in North Korea after their denuclearisation.   
      
      
   The other way is for the Singapore billionaire Ng Teng Fong family which   
   owned the Fullerton Hotel to pay for their expenses.   
      
   Even if their rooms and expenses are USD 100, 000, it is nothing to the Ng   
   Teng Fong family.   
      
      
   All they need is to get some more rich hotel guests to stay in their hotel   
   and they make back a lot of money from their expenses.   
      
   They may even get a few hotel and condo projects from North Korea, too.
