   Taiwan should buy the Soryu-class submarine from Japan. An attack on   
   Taiwan is really an attack on Japan as well. Australia is buying 10   
   Soryu-class submarines, so we can capitalize on large scale   
   manufacturing. We might save enough money to buy a fifth submarine as well.
