   Do you expect PRC to be "eager" to risk *unnecessary* escalations of   
   really hand play too early? PRC is the rising economic superstar.   
   IMHO Key changes in this aspect are "possible but less likely" before   
   PRC reaches half US GDP *per citizen*.
