   The problem with Kramatorsk is that it is, like Dnipro, a crossroads and a   
   rail hub for the potential receipt of hundreds of millions of dollars of US   
   weapons to be distributed to Ukrainians in Eastern Ukraine..   
   Certainly, the depot is also a congregation spot for refugees now fleeing East   
   Ukraine.   
   In fact, in any wartime strategic offensive rail transportation is a major   
   target.   
   Ukrainian government advised refugees to use rail system to flee, but Russians   
   would certainly think rail is being used to deliver weapons.   
      
   It was revealed that the Lusitania was carrying about 173 tons of war   
   munitions for Britain, which the Germans cited as further justification for   
   the attack. The United States eventually protested the action, and Germany   
   apologized and pledged to end    
   unrestricted submarine warfare.   
      
   This certainly places the refugees in a predicament, and the intent seems to   
   be to force Ukrainians to tie up resources to give refugees a safe route out   
   by foot as transportation by rail would be judge too treacherous for a   
   civilian. The Russians may be    
   in process of preventing all rail traffic in East Ukaine while offensive going   
   on.   
      
   Certainly will be a stink as to how to evacuate civilians without bringing in   
   war supplies and extra manpower.   
      
   It is a damn war, and . . . shall we consider how close both sides are to   
   reaching an agreement   
   Seriously, the peace agreement requires a US negotiator as well as the   
   Russians and the Ukrainian.  US is supplying arms, the sanctions, and controls   
   NATO.  Without US making the  necessary agreements concerning arms, sanctions   
   and NATO, how is it even    
   possible to do any serious peace negotiations?   
      
   There is very high probability that this war will go on until next President   
   is inaugurated, and like with Reagan and Iran, Trump can boast on bringing the   
   conflict with Russia to a better state.   
   Ask Trump what to expect, and yes, out of this, US gets Trump back with all   
   the associated issues. US is really governed by fascist capitalism and   
   hegemonic ambitions, and not a true democracy at all, anyway. However,    
   fascism and capitalism are but    
   symptoms of human culture so have the good and evil characteristics of our   
   present day human knowledge and mass behavior.   
   And the beat goes on, as we observe.
