   This is obviously transparent Kremlin propaganda, neglecting the fact that   
   Moscow is   
   using its sock puppet Ramzan Kadirov and Syrian mercenaries who were willing   
   to kill Ukrainian Slavs for blood money.   
   Consider Wagner you never speak about. Wagner mercenaries are probably the   
   cause of the failure of the Arab Spring and consequential rise of ISIS.   
   (The USA and Russia competed in murder of Muslim civilians.)   
   All of these are mercenaries which Konashenkov sees no problem in.   
      
   Many people coming from various countries are just freedom fighters,   
   volunteers, and no mercenaries.
