   Everyone who organises, condones or approves an abortion (murder of an unborn   
   child) of a person in his or her custody   
   (such as in prison, hospital, psychiatric hospital, university, school dorm or   
   other) shall be considered as being a murderer   
   in the first degree and thereof punishable by death or life in prison without   
   the possibility of parole or statute of limitation.   
      
   This is effective immediately, and the punishment will be executed without a   
   statute of limitation as soon as legal matters will   
   be made possible.
