   I have no legal proficiency however I do recognise from a brief reading   
   that the European concept of state and international law is entirely   
   derived from a bipartite worldview and I am wondering if it can be defined   
   according to a tripartite paradigm from the grounding of an autonomy   
   applied to and inherited from persons who might hold dual nationality and   
   thus the region has an attribute of a Venn diagram (ie.the concept of   
   probability didn't exist until the 18th century but nevertheless   
   interpreted as reasonable expectation representing a state of knowledge or   
   as quantification of a personal belief).   
      
   Thus if one uses the meta prototypes applicable to a tripartite number   
   definition can one thereby define an autonomous region in which two   
   independent and sovereign states can interact:   
      
   - formula of universal law:   
      
   #54 - unity, #27 - duties   
      
   - formula of humanity   
      
   #18 - bifurcated principles / properties, #9 - autonomous delimiter   
      
   - formula of autonomy   
      
   #3 - mired (limitations), #6 - progression (opportunity)   
      
   - formula of progression.   
      
   #81 - sovereign juxtaposition (praxis protocols)   
      
   Just wondering since there will have to be an agreement at some stage   
   amongst persons who share some common language elements.
