   Sleepy Joe and company are not engineering masters and definitely have no idea   
   as to how to properly prepare the world concerning energy technology and   
   applications.   
   However, Sleepy Joe does know how to start a world war so as to control the   
   flow of natural gas to Europe.   
   He mandates a requirement to shift an unpprepared nation to electric vehicles   
   without a plan to properly engineer, manufacture, supply, support and maintain   
   such a vehicle flet and associated problems.   
   A primary consideration with respect to vehicle purchase, besides cost. is   
   cabin comfort level, The ability to hat and cool the cabin efficiently  is a   
   major issue for which the cost effective solution has not yet been developed,   
   bu,t like nuclear fusion,   
    such systems are in research and development phase.   
   The thermoelectric chip capable of addressing this issue, like its cousin the   
   photovoltaic cell, will certainly be mass manufactured in China well before   
   the US, nd Russia will definitely be interested in a mass purchase of such   
   chips from China.   
   Noww the US will sanction such an effort and we need to sanction in advance   
   those idiots who would try to enforce such measures.   
   The entire world will need unrestricted access to this technology to address   
   civil heating and coooling projects world wife over the indefinite future.   
   Addressing world heating and cooling issues is very much a part of addressing   
   world energy crises,    
   global warming, and yes, global transportation.   
   If we are to believe photovoltaics to be part of the alternative energy supply   
   solution, then science ande engineering will soon offer thermoelectric   
   semiconductor technolgy inexpensive and powerful enough to efficiently address   
   difficult and impossible    
   problems of today. The concept may exist but adequate supply of the proper   
   product is not yet available.  The dreamers have only just begun to imagine   
   the systems and are working on the designs still.   
   Will the US mass manufacture such a chip when it first becomes avalable?   
   Get real!   
   Little Taiwan, Japan, Korea and yes, China, may be manufacturing these    
   beauties in mass well before US is everr able to profitanly set up such a   
   shop.  Ask yorself how Sleepy Joe is going to motivate the ethnic and social   
   groups of American youth to be    
   as motivated as the Asian sterotypes which seem to dominate the semiconductor   
   manufacturing labor force.  Simply examine the makeup of graduate students in   
   America specializing in semiconductor technolgy. Not many make the football   
   team.   
   The way I see it, the US is going to need  to start being nicer and quit   
   believing it can control world trade by dictating who can buy what and where   
   they can buy it from.  That certainly does not sound like a power that   
   respects world free trade and    
   equality among nations.   
   The need for heating and cooling throughout the world is a common human   
   problem and attempts by political powers to leverage supply of such resources    
   as a means to control unrelated political differences threatens world peace   
   and security.   
      
   QBLH does not support the interests of the US industrial military complex, but   
   sees it instead as a major threat to world peace and security.  As such there   
   is a conflict of interests.
