   Russian military leadership is so corrupt, they have been clumsily brutal,   
   making Ukrainians hate them so much they could never be subdued even if there   
   was a military victory. Dependence on Wagner shows the breakdown of Russia   
   into a confederation of feudal warlord oligarchs, with China eager to retake   
   Siberia, Sweden Petrograd and Poland Ukraine.
