   LANDSCAPE AND INSURANCE VALUATION REPORT 17 NOVEMBER 2023   
   Within our INSTRUCTIONS for LEGAL COUNSEL dated 16 MAY 2024 we   
   summarised the matter within PARAGRAPH ITEM #1 as firstly a status   
   update to an INITIAL EMAIL @ 0700 HOURS ON 22 APRIL 2024 made to   
   yourselves as eminent LAWYERS. Within paragraph ITEM #7 of that 22 APRIL   
   2024 correspondence we conveyed in summary an issue of COERCIVE CONTROL   
   that "There is a long history of a neighbour's conduct being irrational,   
   hostile and vindictive such that it is increasingly unsafe to continue   
   living here. Which initially manifested [on the date 31 JULY 2017 and   
   whilst subjected to COUNTY COURT APPEAL 9 DECEMBER 2019] (eg:   
   photographs after the COUNTY COURT APPEAL conveys a result of the   
   neighbour having defaced the property with rotting foodstuffs whilst I   
   was in transit from the LATROBE VALLEY COURT) whereupon he was rampant   
   in this violent conduct especially during the ANZAC 2018 CENTENNIAL YEAR   
   for which there has been no remorse.   
      
   On Saturday 20 APRIL 2024 they engaged within racist rants against an   
   Indian (Sri Lankin?) neighbour who has moved in less than 2 weeks ago   
   and towards myself by SMS as an anti semitic rage to effect a   
   continuation of coercive control with violent threats to damage vehicles   
   (ie. observed having secreted upon his person a mallet to effect vehicle   
   damages occasioning written "there be a price to panel" threats) so as   
   to celebrate HITLER's birthday which is consistent with the first damage   
   (3 in total at cost $17+K repair with INSURER refunding all EXCESSES due   
   to meeting the criteria in identifying this party having DONE or TASKED   
   others to DAMAGE) to my car occurring upon INTERNATIONAL HOLOCAUST   
   REMEMBRANCE DAY 27 JANUARY 2018.   
      
   This matter is best summarised by a series of SMS exchanges with other   
   parties with some paraphrasing given the informal nature of exchanges:   
      
   SMS TO P&P @ 1815 HOURS ON 15 MAY 2024: "Could you please provide me   
   with an email address for CHUBB SECURITY monitoring as they failed to   
   call the police when requested [to do so] by duress alarm activation at   
   1452 hours.   
      
   And [the security monitoring operator] laughing @ 1528 hours when again   
   asked to properly discharge that duress action involving a person who   
   has subjected me to 6 years of coercive control as persecution for which   
   lawyers have been instructed and await advice on this latest offence.   
      
   I wish to lodge a complaint about having a better situational awareness."   
      
   P&P ALARM SYSTEMS @ 1902 HOURS ON 15 MAY 2024: "I am sorry that there   
   are issues at the moment.   
      
   Please email me 
   
      
   So I can pass on your formal complaint."   
      
   SMS TO P&P @ 1904 HOURS ON 15 MAY 2024: "No I don't want an intermediary   
   party email address since the matter will convey information you have no   
   entitlement to know.   
      
   I need their customer service email address and thank you for your   
   understanding."   
      
   P&P ALARM SYSTEMS @ 1911 HOURS ON 15 MAY 2024: "If it’s ok I will   
   arrange email address tomorrow morning."   
      
   SMS TO P&P @ 2349 HOURS ON 15 MAY 2024: "We've had a rampage of   
   destruction through our gardens [subsequent to my STRATA MANAGEMENT   
   discussion in person @ 1640 HOURS and 1807 HOURS email lodgement of a   
   formal written request seeking advice on SEVERAL AMENITY ISSUES from   
   OWNERS CORPORATION] and it seems [by the directed nature of the damage]   
   that UNIT 1 is insane.   
      
   If ever there was a need for CHUBB security to have actioned my duress   
   alarm it was surely today.   
      
   It is reasonable to assume that my life is in danger."   
      
   GSM @ 0754 HOURS ON 16 MAY 2024: "I’ll head to the police station this   
   morning. I’ve spoken to a couple of lot owners and due to the escalation   
   of hostilities. The thoughts so far are for the stones to be removed and   
   the proper process followed with proposal to be but forward at the next   
   meeting. I still have 4 more to cover off with."   
      
   P&P ALARM SYSTEMS @ 0804 HOURS ON 16 MAY 2024: "Here is the email   
   address 
."   
      
   SMS TO P&P @ 0808 HOURS ON 16 MAY 2024: "As you can see from the SMS   
   received from STRATA MANAGEMENT that they are attending to the police   
   station due to the serious escalation and property damages by the person   
   for whom the duress alarm was actioned."   
      
   SMS TO GSM @ 0843 HOURS ON 16 MAY 2024: "I WILL NOT BE REMOVING THE   
   STONES DUE TO THREATS OF VIOLENCE AND PERSONAL SAFETY ISSUES THAT ARE   
   CLEAR ISSUES OF ACCOUNTABILITY FOR BODY CORPORATE CONVEYED IN THE 15 MAY   
   2024 LETTER.TO YOU AND OWNERS   
      
   I WILL BE PURSUING A LEGAL RECOURSE TODAY SINCE THERE ARE SIGNIFICANT   
   QUESTIONS OF ACCOUNTABILITY BY SEVERAL OTHER PARTIES."   
      
   GSM @ 0844 HOURS ON 16 MAY 2024: "We can arrange the removal of the   
   stones. But the cost will have to be covered by yourself."   
      
   SMS TO GSM @ 0846 TO 0858 HOURS ON 16 MAY 2024: "THE ACCOUNTABILITY BY   
   BODY CORPORATE AS PER THE 15 MAY 2024 LETTER INCLUDES:   
      
   Accordingly I seek ADVICE FROM THE OWNERS CORPORATION with respects to   
   the following:   
      
   #1 - Urgent permission to place pebble stones under the front stairs.   
      
   #2 - Removal of the CCTV cameras installed on rear of block / front of   
   block as property unrelated to "OTHER PARTY B" but which actually   
   facilitates drug dealing.   
      
   #3 - Advice on the progression of our SOLAR PANEL proposal   
      
   #4 - Some acknowledgement that the GARDEN SHED requires permission from   
   OWNERS CORPORATION and that the locked status of the GATE under COERCIVE   
   CONTROL of "OTHER PARTY B" needs consideration.   
      
   Thank you for your consideration and should the COERCIVE CONTROL   
   continue, I will seek legal advice relating [to] the viability in   
   pursing a remedy against the ESTATE of the now DECEASED former HEART   
   REAL ESTATE proprietor DAVID WHEELER, in knowing the PROPENSITY FOR A   
   VIOLENT DISPOSITION / COERCIVE CONTROL by the OCCUPANT of UNIT #1, then   
   subjecting me to a LIVING HELL by denying me any reasonable opportunity   
   to make an alternative purchase decision.   
      
   IF YOU FAIL TO ACTION WHAT WAS REQUESTED THEN THERE ARE LEGAL   
   ACCOUNTABILITIES WHICH I WILL SEEK ADVICE ON.   
      
   If you have only actioned the stones issue the[n] that is a REDUCTIO AD   
   ABSURDUM and I don't believe it adequately [with an integrity of   
   fairness] discharges [the] LEGAL ACCOUNTABILITY with respects to clear   
   issues of COERCIVE CONTROL which you are facilitating by inadequate   
   STRATA MANAGEMENT.   
      
   It is possible to convene an extraordinary meeting before the annual   
   general meeting and I believe that the dire circumstances merit such   
   immediate action.   
      
   I have tired of the mediocre actions and I am certain that my lawyers   
   will agree given the DARREN CHESTER issue as spectre."
