   Well, since he has had an old lock, he has had some characteristics   
   typical of incels, but that may end now that he is optimally   
   sexually compatible with his partner.   
      
   Putin is an assisted shaktipat recipient, so he can now   
   use his special abilities, including far-hearing (which he   
   had before), only for positive purposes (as defined by   
   Goddess) and he has improved creativity for positive   
   purposes (and can only use even the basic creativity   
   he had before for positive purposes).   
      
   (I define Goddess as the ruler of region all/everything,   
   who many call God.)
