   According to Russia's Central Bank statistics, Russian travelers   
   abroad this summer managed to spend a record amount of money   
   (since record keeping began in 2010s). Given that Europe is now not   
   much welcoming to Russians and the US is just not much interesting   
   to visit it, the money were spent mostly in non-"western" parts of   
   the world. This travel /tourist /biz activity strengthens Russian   
   cultural influence in the non-Atlanticist world.
