   When I was in a café in the Pelpopponese, and old man said that   
   Agamemnon had lived up the nearby hill.  Though it was in the right part   
   of Greece it was near neither to Argos, which is still a living city, or   
   Mikines, where the excavated ruins are near the village.  Similarly
